香港演藝學院戲劇教育碩士，香港浸會大學社會學社會學（榮譽）學士、通識教學教育（榮譽）學士。在學期間曾獲香港演藝學院校友會獎學金、《我的唐吉爸爸》入選第九屆中文舞台劇本創作比賽優異獎、《飯罪》入選第六屆心之河土壤栽培計劃、《是非殺人事件簿》入圍第六屆青年編劇劇本寫作計劃等。

 

其它主要創作作品包括：《真相編輯室》（編導）、《地獄行）（編導）、香港理財月x BGCA《燕子堡歷險記》（編導）、香港銀行公會 x BGCA《未來金庫》（編導）、香港演藝學院《洞穴殺人事件》（編導）、《洞穴調查行動》（編導）、《玻璃植物園》（編）等。

林建剛目前為自由身戲劇教育及劇場舞台工作者，致力創作具教育目的之各類戲劇作品。

Master of fine art in Drama and Theatre Education from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, Bachelor of Sociology (Honours) and Bachelor of Education (Honours) in Liberal Studies Teaching from Hong Kong Baptist University.

During his studies, he was awarded the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts Alumni Association Scholarship. "My father Don Quijote" was selected for the Merit Award in the 9th HKBU Script Writing Competition. "The Sin at dinner" was selected in the 5th Heart River Cultivation Programme. "Death of the girl" was shortlisted for the 6th Youth Screenwriter Script Writing Program, etc.

Other major creative works include "NEWS-room" (director/ playwright), "What the Hell?" (director/ playwright), "The Adventure of swallow" (director/ playwright), "Future Treasury" (director/ playwright), "The Case of the Speluncean Explorers" (Playwright), etc.

Kin Kong Lam is currently a freelance drama educator and theatre worker dedicated to creating various theatrical works for educational purposes.
